What is an Actualized Lead?
-
An actualized lead is a piece of business that physically checked into your hotel and is paying or has paid for their stay.
-
Actualized lead revenue is tracked by the Company Name listed on the reservation.
-
If an associate is fraudulently adding company names to reservations, it will result in the hotel being expelled from STARS participation and potential further discipline.
